Home page comic doesn't have same content as single page

  • When I make a comic post I often add widgets/text.
    The comic that appears on the home page does not inlcude that content though it does when viewed as a single page.
    COMPARISON:
    home
    single
    Would that content be considered the “blog” of the comic? Because my index.php already contains that do action.
