@dids-wp: sorry that option it there in Theme Options panel only in Pro version. For free version, you need to build child theme and edit edit the code.

So first build child theme as mentioned in https://catchthemes.com/blog/create-child-theme-wordpress/ and then copy catchkathmandu_homepage_headline() functions from catchkathmandu-functions.php file and then add it in your child theme fucntions.php file. Then remove the code target="_blank".
