Home page background image and widgets

Hello,

I was trying to find this answer in the site but I couldn’t so if is a repeat and solved one, I would be happy to have the link to the discussion.

I manage to set a background image in my page: https://cinemaduana.com/

The problem is that I would like that image to be seen underneath the slider and the widgets area. In the widget area and the slider, you can see a white color as background. I would like, some how, make it transparent or reduce the opacity to see my background image.

In the slider widget I can set a background image but it will be different than the page background image.
