Home Page “Article”

Hi there, if you look at my website https://jackamatic.com/, and browse to the “portfolio” page, you’ll see that the content on the page is automatically placed into an “article” container (the nice white box). This is a feature whenever I add a new page to my site and add content too it, however it isn’t applied to my home page.

Is there any way I can fix this? The theme I’m using is called GK Portfolio. I’ve tried disabling the home page altogether but then my Projects page becomes the default index page as that’s the page I have posts added to.
