Home page arrangement problem on iPhones

My website https://www.medifort.co.uk adjusts perfectly to all devices except standard size iPhones. See screen shot below from an iPhone 6. It’s the same on a 5 and 6S.

It’s fine on the larger 6 Plus, fine on iPads and all android tablets and phones with 2 columns perfectly aligned.

Is there any way of getting it to arrange correctly on iPhones? Considering how many people have standard iPhones, this is quite important.
