To show previous results you can either use the widget event-blocks or use the shortcode event blocks.

To show the players (using their photos) you can either use the player-gallery widget or the shortcode player-gallery.

To show the league table, you can use the league-table widget or the shortcode league-table.

Sorry, i should have explained better.

What I mean by the top row of widgets we currently have on our site, is I can add 3 different widgets to our homepage in the widget area and they will show on the same row.

If I do this with the current Theme, Rookie, they sit underneath each other in one column.

The Rookie theme doesn’t seem to allow me to put more than one widget, thats not a Sportspress Widget, on the same row.

So this is mainly a theme related issue and not specifically sportspress ??

You are looking for a theme that have a widget position with three columns, or you can use a sitebuilder like gutenberg or elementor and add a row with three columns. Then on each column you can add the widget/shortcode you want.

Thanks for that. It serves the purpose, however it doesn’t put a title header on the content I add to a column, like the widgets do.

I was wondering if any of the paid Sportspress themes allowed what I am looking for on the homepage

Yeah, tried to keep my theme. But ut failed, errors and issues. Even created a fatal error. Think because the theme was specific to the plugin. Again another football theme and plugin.

I’ve emailed your guys on the website 3 times this week, no reply yet.

Although, I think it might not be for us. Having played about with it yesterday, found that it’s more for a league rather than a football club. But will put that in another topic.
