Thanks for a great question…there are a couple of ways you can switch this out. If you’re using a child theme, you can safely edit the text directly in your child theme (parts/feed.php), otherwise you can use a translation plugin such as Loco Translate to “translate” it from “Previous Posts” to “Next Posts” without editing the theme and losing the change in a future update:

SO nice to see you again! So i downloaded the loco translate plugin and am totally lost on what to do next. HELP! I am such a newbie at this so this is all feeling like another language.

Gotcha- it can be a little confusing to use at first. Here’s a guide from the plugin author with screenshots showing how to do this:

Here’s a quick overview though:

1. Go to Loco Translate > Themes > Kale
2. Click on “New Language”
3. Select your language and choose the “Custom” location
4. Now you can select any string and enter your “translation” in the bottom pane (then be sure to hit the save button)
