Home Page – 1 post. Categories many posts. Is this possible?

    I have opted for only post to appear on my home page. (‘Options’ then ‘Reading’ in the admin panel). However, this also means that when you select a topic, (see lower left on sidebar), only 1 post is displayed. Ideally I would like all posts within each category to be displayed. Can anyone please help me with this?
