Home, not the blog page but a page that is the start page.

I set my Word Press blog as my homepage.
I would like home to go to an empty “home” page but still have everything on the page, like the pages that you can create but I want the home button to take me to the site and a different link for blog. Is this possible? Am I making sense? Thanks
