Home not refresh auto, Opcache

Hello ! ??
I have three questions:
1/ When I publish an article, my home never updates. I have to do control + F5.
It’s the same when I purge the cache manually and the cloudflare cache.
I have tried many, many solutions to no avail.
I cannot tell all my visitors to ctrl + F5 the site when they feel that I have published an article.2/ Could opache enabled on my server be the problem? Do I have to deactivate it?
3/ In wp-config.php
define( 'WP_CACHE', true ) ;needs to be true or false ?Thanks to you, I’ve been looking for a solution for months…

Cloudflare is well integrated with WPFC, I will try to disable opcache here : https://i.postimg.cc/WV5nTdfm/opcache.png
For wp-config.php define( ‘WP_CACHE’, true ) ; , if you have the answer, it needs to be true or false ?
