Home menu ICON instead of Text

Yes I did, I installed ‘Font Awesome 4 Menu’ plugin and used the code to display the Icon. However, Is there any way i can use the code without installing the plugin?

Via CSS you can do:

#nav-topbar .nav li a:before { font-family: FontAwesome; }
#nav-topbar .nav li#menu-item-2400 a:before { content: '\f015'; margin-right: 4px; }

f015 being the home icon, menu-item-2400 being the menu item ID – as an example: https://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/cheatsheet/
