Home – cant edit/delete, or see it in "Pages"

I have : Delicate 3.5 by NattyWP theme.
I’m using WordPress 3.2.1

Awesome theme love it, just cant add content to the home page? I probably done something wrong, just learnt about WordPress 4 days ago, so I’m a complete noob.

Try my hand at making a website but my nemesis is the home tag? button?whatever the term is so I just thought because I cant add anything on the Home page itself I would delete it but I cant see it in “Pages” so I made a new one but my arch nemesis just stays there!
