Home Button redirecting to deleted domain

Hi,

Very new to all this will try to make it clear.

I imported my wordpress.com blog to my site originally at blog.flavourfull.ca. I decided I wanted it to be press.flavourfull.ca so I exported it from the first to the second.

I made the dumb mistake in settings of changing the wordpress url to blog.flavourfull.ca to check something and it made this password nightmare the required an emergency file. I have sorted all of that out and over and over again have made both the wordpress url and the site url press.flavourfull.ca. in settings.

No matter what I do when I press the ‘home’ button on the side nav menu it keeps going back to blog.flavourfull.ca which I have deleted from my server. I really have no idea how to fix this.
