Home Button and Blog Header Problem?

  • Hello Fellow WP Users,

    I am new to Blogging and WP and am having a little problem. I host my own website and have installed WP on my Win2003 Web server. I have my new Blog integrated into my website files on my server. It seems to work fine, except for the “Home” button and Header Logo. When these are clicked on, they should load the main blog page. Instead, they are loading the entire blog directory, showing all of files? How can I correct the links to these?

    Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

  • Check the home page location in the settings general page inside the wordpress admin section. It should be set to the URL of your blog homepage.

    Thank you. I royally screwd it up though. I accidently added “/admin/index.php” to the WordPress URL instead of the Blog URL. Now I can’t get back to the settings page? Any ideas? Appreciate your help.
