Home breadcrumb display wrong

My web is multiple website (English and Japanese). The Breadcrumb NavXTb version 5.2.0 worked well. But after I upgraded to version 5.2.1, mistake happened.
I need the breadcrumbes of two site’s frontpage display “Home” for English site and “ホーム” for Japanese respectively. However, both sites display their own site title. In the plugin settings, I have unchecked the “Home Breadcrumb” box in Breadcrumb NavXT Network Settings, but checked the “Home Breadcrumb” box in Breadcrumb NavXT Settings and replace %htitle with “Home” and “ホーム” in “Home Template (linked and unlinked)” text box. The linked breadcrumb works correctly, but the unlinked breadcrumb always displays site title, which means the “Home template (unlinked)” does not function. In addition, I have added “define(‘BCN_SETTINGS_FAVOR_LOCAL’, true)” in config.php.
