Home Blog Arrow Buttons

Two questions, no link available.

Right now, if I click on the left button, the home blog slides to the left. How can I reverse the direction of the home blog arrow buttons so that if I click the left arrow, it’ll push the blogs to the right (opposite direction) and vice versa?

Also, is there a way to make the arrow buttons more responsive? I’d like to be able to change directions while the carousel is still in motion.
