Holy Grail Object Cache

  • Wow! I am absolutely astonished how this plugin works extremely well. Thank you, @olliejones for coming up with this idea and making it work flawlessly. Redis Object Cache would break my sites constantly. I still haven’t had any issues with this Object Cache, and I beg you @olliejones to please keep it this stable. You are truly a hero!

    Thanks for the kind words! I’ll do my best to keep it stable, and I welcome anyone who wants to help.

    I have to say, many sites use redis for object caching with excellent stability.

    And, honestly, it has been a struggle to make this plugin stable. I’ve had quite a few reports of timeouts. Since the last release, I haven’t had any, but it’s hard to know whether that’s because my most recent changes solved the timeout problem, or because some users have given up. I hope it’s the former.

    Object caching helps larger sites a lot. I’ll keep working to make this code as as stable and performant as I can. SQLite is one of the finest pieces of open-source software in the world, and it’s great to be able to use it.
