Holler box – Pop up box not connecting with mail poet subscriber list

    I have had a holler box pop up on my home page for about a year and has been working until someone told me that they never received the confirmation email after they signed up. They also did not appear even in the subscriber list as ‘unconfirmed’. I tested it with a couple of other email addresses and the same is happening. No confirmation emails or added to the subscriber list. I have also deactivated and re-activated it the plug-in. I believe It’s not communicating with my mail poet plugin at all, but i’m not sure. I did recently update to their sending service.Could this of had an impact?
    Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated

    Hi, I just tested with the newest version of Mailpoet, using the popup option, and the subscriber was successfully added to my list. Can you provide more details?
