Holiday & Tour Plugin

Hello I’m finding it very difficult to find a plugin that allows me to add the functionality for a customer to choose from a list of tours from the site (maybe these tours be listed as products). Then for them to be able to select the number of people they want to book and to be then brought to a checkout page for deposit payment and full payment to be paid some time in the future.

Is this something that is available in one plugin or is it a case of using multiple plugins.
It seems that there are no plugins targeting holiday/tour e-commerce.
