Holiday Resort Room With Multiple Beds, Prices and Availability

Hi there,

I need to build a WooCommerce system which is for a holiday resort that needs the ability to allow people to book to stay in a bed in a room (more than one bed in some rooms).

The rooms are available for men, women and couples. If a man books one bed in a room with two beds, the other bed can only then be sold to another man.

There are also different prices for a single male/female and a couple. The rooms will also be available on different weeks.

So, each room has the potential for this

Only one gender per room
Multiple beds
Multiple prices per bed (depending on single male/female or couple)
Availability on multiple weeks

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to structure this when creating WooCommerce products?

I was thinking about product variations and if I go down that route does anyone know how I can remove all stock form the female variation if a male variation is purchased?
