How to make Author link show author’s profile and not all his posts ?

When I click https://multimontreal.com/blog/author/ramystyle/, I get all the posts from that author. Is there an option in the admin area or something to make that link show the author’s profile ?

If not, what is the link to show the author’s profile or how do you see the author’s profile ?
