How do I use alternative stylesheet?

I added some CSS code inside the main stylesheet to float small videos to the left inside each posts. The problem is every time I update the theme I have to re-write that code.

Is there a way to setup an alternative stylesheet within a div tag? So that way that little code will be independent from the updates.
