wpDiscuz doesn’t have moderation feature for comments. We recommend you enable the “Comment author must have a previously approved comment” checkbox from Dashboard > Settings > Discussion admin page.

Hm, and is there a way to open comments only for logged users? If I set Settings>Discussion “Users should be registered to comment”, Discuss still works.

You should uncheck the “Allow guests to comment” option in wpDiscuz plugin settings.

Thanks! The last question: can I change url to login page in Wp Discuz? I use Ultimate Member plugin and have a different login page, and I hide the admin login page as well. But the link “Please login” in Discuz leads to my hidden admin login.

You should put a small code in theme functions.php file. Please read this support topic and change the /login slug to whatever uses the plugin:
