Ho to create an Organization Chart from GF form data

I need to create an organization chart from data entered into a Gravity Forms form. I can retrieve the data easily enough but cannot find anything related to creating an org chart once I have it.

I could create a CSV and import using Visio’s org chart wizard but ideally it should be completely automated and not require any user intervention other than to tweak the layout if necessary.

I’m not tied to Visio if there is an alternative.
