HMS main testimonial page displaying a blank page

    The main page I’ve had set up for the testimonials doesn’t showed up. It doesn’t say anything and just a blank page. Yesterday it seems everything was ok. Just today when I tried to install some redirect plugins to our site. However, I’ve already deleted those plugins thought that was the cause. But still it shows up a blank page. Any idea?

    Weird. Can you login via FTP to your account and see if there are any error_log files either in your public_html or public_html/admin folder?

    Was installing those plugins the only thing you changed?

    I checked the error logs but there are no errors.

    Yes, that is the only thing I did before I noticed this issue.

    It’s weird I can see the output of the short code when I visit the page as a logged user. But when I’m visiting in New Private Window/ New Incognito window I can not see the result the output of the short code. Not only the short code but the rest of the text for the main testimonial page.

    Did you mark the page as a draft, private, password protected or any of those extra options?

    No, I don’t have any of that. All of them are Published.

    I tried to removed the short codes temporarily on the testimonial page. And the other text before the short codes showed up.

    Hi Jeff, it works fine now. I’ve found the plugin that caused the blank page. So I’ve deactivated the plugin. Thanks for the heads-up!

    Cool. Can you let me know what plugin it was? Then I can see if there is an actual conflict between the 2 and potentially fix it.
