    The plugin seems to work ok, but I haven’t started to push it’s limits yet so we’ll see what happens when I start getting into the real nitty gritty of it all….

    DON’T BUY NATIVE THEME UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET VERY FRUSTRATED

    Documentation is very poor and confusing, and in order to get demo data or to replicate the lovely looking demo, you have to pay extra for the setup service!

    I’ve struggled for far too long getting it to work properly and support has tapered off to nothing VERY quickly – just not good enough!

    First of all we are sorry if you didn’t get an immediate reply from our support team. It will never happen if you contact us via our website. Unfortunately we didn’t receive email notifications from www.remarpro.com forum about these numerous posts you made recently.
    Anyway your main reason of your disappointment is that you can’t configure theme according to your specific needs. You require extra sidebars that our theme doesn’t support unfortunately.
    You saw the demo website of the theme, how its layouts and sidebars look. If you needed something not exactly like the demo, you could ask before your purchase.
    Theme Native is our first theme and we agree that it may lack some features and we are working on it. Next version of theme will include extra design and sidebars fo blog and post pages.
    We do agree that it lacks some documentation and we will improve it by video tutorial soon. But we are always open to discussions and support. Thus we offered you to add sidebar you want but did’t get a reply.
    Thank you for your review even if it is a 2-star review =) It’s just a good push to work harder and improve our theme.

    hello Estatik Plugin Author. I was about to write bad review too. But you say you’re open to discussion here, so let’s try :
    There are too many features only available in PRO version that are presented as free in the plugin description.
    On the wordpress depository is described as real estate portal but after installing many features arent there (frontend for agents).
    On the official website though, some of these featured are correctly described as “pro version only” so why not writing this at first ?

    Can you tell me if I did something wrong about plugin shortcodes maybe. Or can you update plugin information so users dont get messed up with wrong description please.

    Can you please make a screenshot what was presented in simple version description as pro version features? We have singled out Estatik PRO features as a separate list of features https://prntscr.com/b8uwjy and also we indicated in brackets like (PRO) in front of PRO shortcodes https://prntscr.com/b8uwqw ..

    Please show us what was missed out in the description and we will correct it.

    Agents and frontend management is available in PRO version only and it was indicated as PRO features in description as well >> https://prntscr.com/b8ux18.

    The delay in responses and lack of support has been incredibly disappointing. I was billed for installation even though I ended up having to install the files myself. I very clearly asked for support on a specific site and Estatik decided to make changes to a completely different site that was not even mentioned in the request email. It’s been over a month my site is not ready- at least a response would be courteous.

    To complicate things even more, I am asked if work has been already done. If it had been done I wouldn’t continue to send email requests about the exact same issue. What in the world is going on?
