History seems not to be functioning and Edit deletes all versions

Have posted this in Github, but also posting here in hope that someone on this board may have a solution or have encountered the same issues:

First – thanks for the plugin!

I’ve deployed it on a WPMS using latest version of WP and BP. I tried network activate, and now have it activated only on the main site. It seems to work, but unfortunately the History tab does not show the latest version of each document, for me at least. Also, when in Edit – selecting Delete at the bottom of the edit page deletes all the versions, not just the one in which one is editing.

Would you be willing to visit the site and perhaps register as a new member to test it? https://writeisland.com in user testing at the moment.

Is this a known issue that may be fixed? If you’d be willing, I could make you an admin for you to take a look at the back-end of the site.
