    On my site I have the payments that went well. I have the Paypal receipt. But the payment history has failed. Only transactions made with sandboxes reported completed. Something does not work? can someone help me? Thank you

    Are you referring to the transaction history in the admin interface? It’s only showing transactions from the sandbox?

    Yes I’m referring to the transaction history.
    All the transaction are showing (live and sandbox) but for the sandbox status is completed, in the case live all transaction’s status is failed. Under Paypal & stripe Payement -> View order detail I can see the correct transaction_id send to me by Paypal receipt.

    Are you seeing the failed status for PayPal or Stripe, or Both? Did this just start to happen recently?

    I use only Paypal. i installed your plugin two weeks ago and i have always had problems. Only in Sandbox I received the status completed.

    Can you verify that you’ve set up your IPN settings correctly in PayPal? https://wpplugin.org/documentation/setting-up-ipn-notifications-on-paypal/

    Il PayPal in the Cronology I can see the ID transaction with the status Invoied.

    In my website under PayPal & Stripe Payment I have the transaction with the status Failed.

    In Instant Payment notification in Notification URL I wrote my Home https://circoloilcampanile.it . that’s right?

    Do you have any security plugins that are blocking PayPal from communicating with your website to update the status on the website?

    I have already explained to you that I receive all the information of the transaction from Payplal but the status remains failed and never Complete
