History

  • Is it possible to see the history only of the post that you have submitted and not the all posts history in that use thr process?

    There is a filter on the top, which will allow to view the history for a particular page.

    Also, from the inbox page, if you click “View History” on a given task, it will directly take you to the history of that page.

    Is that what you are looking for?

    Not exactly, i would like that a role can see only the history of the post that he had submitted to workflow and they cant see all the workflows history of all the posts

    Ah ha. At this point we do not have support for that. I’ll add the same to our TODO list to analyze and see if we can make this configurable.

    In the meantime, if you want to hide workflow history from certain roles, you can do so by taking away ow_view_workflow_history capability from certain roles.
