Hiring organization without logo doesn’t show up

Hello, if I don’t select a logo for the hiring organization and just fill in the text field with the company name, no information about the hiring organization shows up in frontend. I’d expect that at least the company name would.

If there is a logo selected, the company name is only used for the title attribute of the img. I’d like it to show up as text below the img as well.

What can I do to achieve both?
