Highslide Effekt Problem with NextGenGallery

Hello together,

My Problem is easy to see, just go to my gallery-page:

As you can see i already worked hard to come so far, but now i can’t understand what’s up with these Controlls there…anybody can explain me this ?

Please i really need help!
