    I have been using the Pro version for almost an year now. The product randomly throws out bugs after most of the updates. This probability is high if you are using a custom theme and also some of WordPress themes. During such events the support team is not so responsive and it seems like they are intentionally throwing out random solutions like (Check your plugins, reinstall plugin) instead of hearing out what the user has to say about their issue. Also, they are so negligent when it comes to support during these times. They must have tested the updates thoroughly for all mostly used themes of their users and also probable plugins which are highly used. So when you buy this you carry a risk of losing your business with one small bug and have sleep less nights with your customers bothering you with issues they face.

    Currently am stuck, they resolved our issue after 7 days. WHO is going to take care of the customer who got dissatisfied and who is going to give me back the business i lost in the 7 days.

    No answer for these.

    Most importantly, if you request refund due to lack of response for more than 48 hrs (as per their policy), their replies are dismissive. ??

Most of our users are on the current versions (2.0+) of the plugin according to www.remarpro.com report. We have seen many users talking good about our product and support team too. Even, you said our team has already solved your issue. I don’t know what happened in your case.
