Highly recommended

We use this plugin on nearly 100 sites at the agency I work for and it definitely allows me to sleep easy knowing that the most common security issues are being dealt with.

Though, I would love to see the database scanner come back, I understand there were some flaws in the logic – Good on the developers for pulling it down until a better fix is in place.

Also, the importer makes it super easy to configure – This is one of the first plugins I install on every site and it takes no more than 5 minutes to fully configure now that there is an importer.
