Highly limited free version-2

Hope you are fine. We are really sorry to hear that you’ve found limited options in the plugin. The Tooltips option is not available even in the Pro version. Truly, some extra features have been kept only for the pro version and the Free version is fulfilled accordion plugin. You can make header font italic by custom CSS. It would be great if you contact us for a feature request before posting a bad review and we could try to help you in this regard.

Giving a bad review to a plugin for a feature request is really unfortunate as it doesn’t offer this feature.

The plugin works very well out-of-the-box and we are continuously working to make it better. As the plugin didn’t harm your site, we hope that you’ll consider your reviews to inspire us so that we can make it features riched for our valuable users.

I first tried to contact you by mail but I could not find anywhere a mail address for people who downloaded the light plugin, just a phone number? I did not try to call you since English is not my mother tongue. Then I looked at the forum but could also not find any answer to my questions.

Yes, it was a bad idea to rate the plugin with 1 star since the options I very much like to have and which are not present in the plugin have nothing to do with the operating of the plugin. The first time I rated it with 5 stars (by accident), so I assume that that rating is also added to the total of 5 stars.

When the options I also like to have are in the PRO plugin nothing stops me to buy the PRO version.
