Highly Configurable Pop Ups Plugin? Is this even possible…

  • Hi All, I am attempting to find a plugin for pop ups that can deliver the following outcomes:

    1. Change the popup so it delays for 10 seconds (Have achieved this)
    2. Not have it pop up on every page (Have achieved this)
    3. Recognise the visitor so it doesn’t pop up if it’s the second visit within one week. (This is where I’m stuck – is this even a possibility??)
