Highlighting shows HTML code

Add this to your theme functions.php:

add_filter( 'relevanssi_entities_inside_pre', '__return_false' );

This will prevent Relevanssi from touching code inside pre tags which is what Prismatic uses.

Try

add_filter( 'relevanssi_entities_inside_code’, '__return_false' );

instead. If it doesn’t work, disable the highlighting feature.

Both filters together worked.
