Highlighting correct answer in multiple choice questions

I use Quiz Tool Lite mostly for multiple choice questions. My tests aim not only to measure the grades but also to teach. After a Quiz Tool Lite quiz, users generally see how well they performed. It shows the option you selected and if your results are correct or incorrect. I was wondering if it is possible to highlight the correct answer as well after a user clicked on Submit Answers button.
