Highlight values greater than zero

I see what you mean, but unfortunately, this is not directly possible in an automatic way.
Your best chance is to manually apply one of the two approaches from https://tablepress.org/faq/highlight-cells-or-content/ to these cells.
Alternatively, you would need to use custom code around the tablepress_cell_css_class filter hook (see https://github.com/TobiasBg/TablePress/blob/master/classes/class-render.php#L693 ).
