Highlight fields with different values in different products

In the comparison results, is it at all possible to highlight the custom fields that do not have the same value in all products compared? (e.g. https://i.imgur.com/07MjfM7.png)

Since all custom fields use the same class, I’m having a hard time writing a script to compare them and highlight those that do not have the same value in all products compared.

Any nod in the right direction is appreciated.
