Highlight entire word

I searched “absence” but the entire word is actually “absences”, however the highlight only covers “absence” as typed in the search

In Relevanssi, there is an option to still “highlight the ENTIRE word”, can this be possible with your plugin?

Sorry, no, I’m not planning on adding an options page or do other (major) changes. But you are free to fork the plugin on https://github.com/RavanH/highlight-search-terms and do your own ??
