Highlight current post in custom post type list

  • Hi,
    I am using Mini Loops to display a list of posts from a custom post type in sidebars on a few pages/custom post type single post pages.

    Is there a way to style the “current post item” (like I do with “current_page_item” in a custom menu I’ve generated using Appearance > Menus)?
