Highlight current category menu item

Hi, when accessing a blog post on my website, the category (as indicated in the menu) does not highlight. The menu item will only be highlighted if I am in the actual menu item itself (for example, the Supplements archive).

How do I make it so the menu item (the category) of the blog post is highlighted when the blog post is accessed?
