Highlight a tagged term in a post?

    When a user clicks on a word in a tag cloud they are led to a page with all of the posts that are tagged with that term. Is it possible to have that tagged term highlighted in the text of the post? Like when you search for a term and then that term is highlighted in the search results.

    What for? All of the tags will be in exactly the same place in every post – in the tag list generated by your current theme.

    The blog is for a tv show and we tag all of the guests’ names. If a user clicks on the tag for John Doe they go to a page with all the corresponding posts that refrence John Doe. But the posts are long with additional content. I want the word John Doe to be highlighted in the post so that the user can find the content they are looking for.

    You’d need to look for a suitable plugin for this.
