higher weight, less shipping cost

  • what Im trying to do is set a lower cost of shipping for baskets with a higher weight. So when the weight is over 25 kg, the rate can be 0, if the weight is under 25 kg, the shipping cost need to be E25.

    But this does not work. When the weight is over 25kg, he still gives the higher shipping cost, even when i said, make ship cost 0 when weight is over 25 kg for this country.

    Is this fixable?
