Higher prices on Etsy

  • Is there an option, or can you add an option to make the items on Etsy more expensive than at Woo-Shop? Etsy charges high fees, I would like to make all items on Etsy e.g. 20% more expensive to cover this fees.

    Have you tried using the template price modifiers? They should be exactly what you need.

    Another question: If I cancel an order on Etsy, will it get automatically at Woo?

    Yes, it’s a multiplier, so 1.2 for 120%. Not sure about the following question? Perhaps try ellaborating.

    Yes, thanks! It took a second look. In my last Etsy plugin direct from Woo it was labeled with percentage…
    I’m just comparing Etsy plugin. Please allow 2 further questions:

    1. If a customer on Etsy ask to cancel an order, will it automatically cancel also on Woocommerce automatically, or have I to cancel it by hand at woocommerce backend?? Will the cancelation sync with woo? At my old plugin it didn’t work and I had to watch out that I don’t forget to cancel it at woo.

    2. And if there would be an issue with the plugin, would you ask for backend access, or do you do support by email?

    1. Yes, the synchronization is designed to manage status.
    2. Depends on the severity and my availability.
