HIgh Resolution Headers/Logos in WP?

  • I’m using Fireworks to create all of my web graphics. When I make headers for WP that contain text and geometries (like circles), they look jagged and low res on the site. I’m using 72 ppi. Is there something else I should be doing? The only thing I have tried is creating the images at 300 ppi, but things look the same. Any suggestions or references about this subject?
