High Page Cache Time (ms) on all Storage Engines.

    On our multiple testing on Page Cache tab, mostly we are getting this high Time (ms).

    What causing this high Time(ms)? Should I contact our web hosting regarding this? Because our website is so slow sometimes. And tried everything to optimized our website.

    Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
    The initial TTFB without caching and also the fluctuation from 5 to 12 seconds is problematic.
    The Caching can help however, it appears taht there is a problem on the server, and either the server does not have enough resources to handle this (even with Redis and Memcached), or the testing location is far away from the actual server location.
    Can you please share your hosting provider and the server’s location?
