High number of HTTP requests

    Ive been trying to reduce the number of plugin im using to decrease HTTP requests, but sadly without success.

    I use more or less the same plugings with other themes like the default WP Theme 2012 and some other, and i have like 60 HTTP requests, but with Blue Plant i cant go lower than 90.

    Is there something on the theme that can be tweaked maybe? Or any solution? Idea?

    Update.

    I just noticed that every blog post on blog roll section has double hyperlinks text repeated twice as

    Edit and comments     top and bottom line.
    I think just at the bottom would be enough, and removing top links edit and comments would be good to reduce also the HTTP requests.

    I think would be also a good optimization for google robots by reducing internal links, which shall be kept below 100 to be more SEO friendly.
