About a week ago I started getting large spikes in cpu usage. I also notice orders being created with an auto-draft status. The cpu usage is coming from a script /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=as_async_request_queue_runnner&nonce= script from Woocmmerce.

Whats going on? How can I fix?

  • Hi,

I understand there is a CPU spike, the orders are created in auto-draft status, and the CPU usage is coming from a script /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=as_async_request_queue_runnner&nonce= script

For better assistance, please provide screenshots of the issues via https://snipboard.io you can provide the screenshots links in your next response.

Can you provide the steps made on your site to reproduce the issue? That way, I can try to follow the same steps on my site.

Can you temporarily switch the site theme to Storefront, and then disable all plugins except WooCommerce? Is the issue still present after that? If not, it means that there was a conflict, and you can then switch back the theme, and then reactivate the rest of the plugins, and be sure to check again after each plugin reactivation until you find the cause of the issue.

Let us know what you find.
