High CPU usage

  • My provider tells me that the Packlink PRO plugin consumes a lot of resources, exceeding the CPU share of my hosting plan. The same problem that came up months ago. Evidently the solution didn’t really solve the problem.

    It’s a serious problem because upgrades are costing us a lot of money. Please solve quickly.

    To avoid 100% CPU load, it is possible to activate manual synchronization.

    1 – Click on Packlink Pro Settings (top right)
    2 – Click on “Manual synchronization”
    3 – Check the box to enable manual synchronization

    We are having the same issue with very high CPU load and our provider already took the site offline twice. The support looked at the issue and their response was: “The high CPU usage … was caused by the plugin?packlink-pro-shipping. It looks like the plugin is constantly making self-referring requests such as the following. There have been thousands of such requests:”
